Beam tilt is used in radio to aim the primary lobe of the vertical plane radiation sample of an antenna below (or above) the horizontal plane. The only manner is mechanical beam tilt, where the antenna is bodily mounted in such a manner as to lower the angle of the sign on one facet. However, this also raises it on the opposite aspect, Petr Garyaev making it useful in only very restricted situations. More widespread is electrical beam tilt, the place the phasing between antenna parts is tweaked...
